Storytellers Set for April Event
Maya Doig-Acuna ‘16.5 and Brandon Hawkins ’11 will be the featured speakers at the last INWYT event for Spring Term. Gabriela Fuentes ’16 will moderate.

Maya Doig-Acuna ‘16.5
The April event will take place on Saturday, April 9 from Noon to 1:30 p.m. in Redfield Proctor. Brunch will be served.
Maya Doig-Acuna ’16.5 is an American Studies major from NYC who currently serves as the Co-President of the Black Student Union.

Brandon Hawkins ’11
Brandon Hawkins ’11, a Posse Scholar from NYC, is currently at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He has also worked for Teach for America in the Mississippi Delta Corps, teaching in both Mississippi and Louisiana public schools. (Brandon originally planned to speak at our January event but had to reschedule his travel—further proof that life is full of unexpected twists and turns!)
Gabriela (Gaby) Fuentes ’16, a psychology major and educational studies minor from Chicago, will moderate the conversation. On campus, Gaby spends her time working at the Anderson Freeman Resource Center, dancing with Evolution Dance Crew, and serving as Co-President of Women of Color.
